Journal viewing/downloads require registration, all other parts of the site are available to all.
Please be aware that some third party mail servers, for example hospital and companies, do not allow use of their addresses in the registration process of external sites such as OTJOnline.com where a verification email is sent to the new subscriber. Failure to receive a verification message cancels any such registration. Therefore, if in doubt, please register a personal email address owned by you.
