Innovation and Role Developments of Healthcare Support Workers

Euston Square, LONDON - 15 November 2016

The conference is attended by Director's of Nursing and Quality, Senior AHPs, Academics and Healthcare Managers, Training and Development Professionals and Workforce Planners. They expect high quality talks containing data, evidence base, experiences and information they can take back to their own places of work.

Although at this stage we are happy to consider a variety of proposed talks, the following is a list of what last year's delegates said they would like to see at the 2016 event:

  • Care certificate / core certificate development / review of care cert
  • Extended roles of HCSWs
  • Simulation training for HCSWs
  • HR implications re unregistered staff
  • The nurse associate role
  • Local initiateves
