A unique two-day conference to discuss and learn all the new developments in Perioperative Medicine. The topics will include preoperative assessment, intraoperative care and focus on post operative care. Featuring international leaders in both the research and clinical fields of Anaesthesia, Pain and Cancer, the programme will highlight the growing body of evidence around the link between anaesthesia delivery and cancer outcomes and the consequent clinical implications. There are also sessions covering pain management in the cancer patient, the fundamentals of critical care medicine for oncology and haemato-oncology, bleeding and transfusion issues, haemodynamic and stress metabolism. There will be master classes on airway management, total intravenous anaesthesia, exercise testing and patient blood management.
