Accountable Care Summit 2018:
Towards integrated care and population health

25 April 2018, The King's Fund, London

Click here for further details of the event.

Accountable care is the latest health policy buzz phrase. This event is a chance to find out what it really means and how different models are developing in practice.

Integrated care systems (ICSs) – formerly known as accountable care systems – are emerging across the country to take the lead in planning and commissioning care for their populations. Providers are also working together to deliver integrated care locally through integrated care partnerships (ICPs). In addition, a national contract for accountable care organisations (ACOs) has been proposed, and subsequently delayed pending further consultation.

This event is a chance to make sense of these developments and explore the different models that are emerging – including ICSs, ICPs and ACOs.

Sign up today to:

  • explore how these developments are being used to support greater integration of services and improve population health
  • attend in-depth masterclasses exploring how NHS, local authority and third sector organisations are working together to integrate care through integrated care systems and partnerships in different parts of the country
  • hear from and network with national and local leaders who are leading these developments
  • explore what these developments mean for the future of the NHS.
